– Refund: Within the 60-day period, you can receive a refund of the principal amount paid. This refund excludes any fees such as closing costs, document fees, note maintenance fees, and taxes.
– Exchange: Alternatively, you can choose to exchange your property for another available in our inventory of equal value, based on the price you originally paid.
3. Conditions:
– The Peace-of-Mind Guarantee is void if there are any late or missed payments during the 60-day guarantee period.
– This guarantee is only applicable to terms sales (owner financing) and does not apply to cash sales.
